Shipping to California?
Government purchases are tax-exempt, but California is the one state where our online store charges sales tax by default. If you are a government agency, we set your account to tax-exempt. Your order will be processed as tax exempt.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be registered in SAM, or run a bid?
No. Purchases up to $15,000 are micro-purchases: your agency can buy directly with a government purchase card, no competition or SAM check required. Above $15,000 and up to $350,000, simplified acquisition procedures apply — we can provide a formal quote on request.
Do you accept GSA SmartPay cards?
Yes — all government purchase cards, plus purchase orders with a quote.
Is sales tax charged?
No sales tax is charged on deliveries outside California. For California deliveries, email us your agency name, the purchasing officer's name and phone, and your shipping address before ordering; we set your account to tax-exempt, usually the same business day, and every order placed under that email checks out without tax.
Are your products TAA-compliant / Buy American?
Many LISTA products are U.S.-manufactured or qualify under Buy America domestic content guidelines, and our project team confirms eligibility against your specific bill of materials before you order. Buy American and TAA rules do not apply to micro-purchases under $15,000 in any case.
How fast can you deliver?
Cabinets and workbenches are built to order and ship in 5–6 weeks; accessories in 7–10 days. Obligate funds now and delivery follows.
Can I get a quote on agency letterhead requirements?
Yes — use the quote form or email us; we return a formal quote the same business day, with our UEI and CAGE code on it.
